Immerse yourself in the rich history of Istria as you explore the nearby ancient towns and many archaeological sites, each whispering tales of the past. Return to the villa and unwind by the sparkling pool, where the gentle breeze carries the fragrance of olive groves and vineyards.

Villa Lena is situated in the serene village of Čabrunići, 6km from the medieval towns of Vodnjan and Svetvinčenat and only 17km to the nearest white pebble beaches. Family owned restaurants (Konoba) olive oil, wine and dairy producers are all near by making sure you experience Istria with all your senses.

The house is set up as a family home and furnished and arranged with a lot of love.

It features 3 full bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, an office and a complete kitchen. Each room is decorated in the spirit of the Mediterranean staples the lavender, the olive tree, and the fragrant immortelle flowers, creating a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Consumption costs, bed linens, towels and basic toiletries are included in the rental rate. The on-site private outdoor pool is open from June through the end of September and is exclusively for you.

The property is completely fenced.

“A perfect choice if you are looking for complete silence. It is comfortable for 6 people, but it can also accommodate 8 people. Each level has a separate bathroom and terrace. Absolute comfort. All kitchen equipment is there, which is in your own house. You can have a barbecue if you want, if you just drink a glass of wine by the lit pool. I couldn’t write anything bad. The owner is very kind, helpful and attentive. You don’t meet anyone, you get a code for the key box. But the owner stays in contact with you all the time. Not intrusively, rather “I’m here if you need anything”. :)“
