To secure your booking a deposit in the amount of 35% of the total is required within 5 working days after you receive a confirmation from us. Your requested dates will be reserved for 5 days pending the deposit. If the the deposit is not received your requested dates will be default to free for booking.

For last minute bookings (bookings made within 15 days of arrival/check in), total amount of cost for the stay is due upon booking and the reservation will be only be held for 24h.

The full amount is payable up to 30 days before arrival or upon agreement at a different date.

*  Prices are given in EURO and calculated per night for the whole house and entire capacity, price quote will be given as a total sum for your stay.
*  Minimum stay during low and off season is 3 nights and during high season is 5 nights
*  The price includes all the consumption costs, pool maintenance and basic toiletries.
