Cancelation policy

To ensure fairness, we have designed our cancellation policy to accommodate both our guests and us as hosts. Our policy gives you the option to cancel your stay under certain conditions and receive refunds depending on the timing of the cancellation. For direct bookings with us, the conditions listed below apply:

Cancellation up to 65 calendar days before arrival:100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
Cancellation between 65 and 30 calendar days before arrival:Full amount minus the deposit (35% of the booking amount) will be refunded.
If a new booking is made for the cancelled period, we will refund the entire amount paid minus any difference in the price.
Cancellation between 30 and 15 calendar days before arrival:We will refund 15% of the total amount paid.
If a new booking is made for the cancelled period, we will fully refund the entire amount paid minus any difference in price.
Cancellation 15 calendar days or less before arrival:No refund.
Last-minute bookings (bookings within 10 days before arrival):No refund.
In case of no-show, later arrival than planned, or early departure:No refund for unused nights.

If you have made a reservation with us through a third party or a partner the cancelation policy agreed with the third party/partner will apply.

We strongly recommend that our guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance after booking their stay, which includes coverage for situations where they are unable to arrive or remain with us as planned due to personal circumstances. We are happy to provide documentation confirming your reservation and any additional documents required by your insurance provider
